The following guidelines have been established by HorseIceCream.com to administer various aspects of Advertising. For these purposes, "Advertising and Advertisements" include banner, button, classified and Horse For Sale Advertising. These regulations govern issues such as acceptance of Advertisements by HorseIceCream.com, the manner of display of Advertisements on the HorseIceCream.com Site, and the removal of Advertisements and Promotions from the HorseIceCream.com Site.

HorseIceCream.com has sole and absolute discretion with respect to interpretation and enforcement of this policy and all other issues associated with Advertising and Promotion on the HorseIceCream.com Site. HorseIceCream.com may change this policy at any time in its sole discretion by posting a revised policy to the HorseIceCream.com Site.

We only accept ads from businesses that serve the horse community in the Southern Tier of New York and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. We only accept ads for Equine related goods and services.

Refusal of Service

We retain the right to refuse advertisers that we do not feel are a harmonious mix with the purpose or intent of HorseIceCream.com.

Performance

While we strive to attract traffic from the horse community that will benefit our advertisers, we can not guarantee the performance of any particular ad.

Pricing

While we try to keep our prices competitively low, we must also cover our costs. We will honor the price an ad has been purchased at, for the length of the ad buy, but we reserve the right to change the pricing of ad spaces at any time. We also reserve the right to add new ad spaces to meet demand and insure that rotating ads show up regularly in their ad spaces.

Horse Feathers Verson (legalese)

HorseIceCream.com has sole discretion for determining the types of Advertising that will be accepted and displayed on the HorseIceCream.com Site, and under no circumstances shall HorseIceCream.com's acceptance of any Advertisement be considered an endorsement of the product(s) and/or service(s) advertised or for the company that manufactures, distributes, or promotes such product(s) or service(s).

HorseIceCream.com will not accept Advertising that, in HorseIceCream.com's opinion, is not factually accurate and in good taste. HorseIceCream.com will not permit at any time the placement of any Advertising for illegal products. Advertising must not contain fraudulent, deceptive, or offensive material, including material that misrepresents, ridicules, or attacks an individual or group.

Advertising must not be related to any of the following: gambling, pornography, the simulation of news or an emergency, or for products or services not related to horses.

Advertisers must only offer products or services, which are readily available for purchase at the advertised price (with noted tax and delivery fees) to customers in our region of Northeast PA and Southern Tier NY. The Advertising must also clearly identify the advertiser. Any Advertising that could be misconstrued as editorial content will be clearly labeled as Advertising.

HorseIceCream.com recognizes and maintains a distinct separation between Advertising content and editorial and decision-making content. All Advertising content on the HorseIceCream.com Site shall be clearly and unambiguously identified as such, and HorseIceCream.com will not run any Advertising on the HorseIceCream.com Site, which is not so identified. Additionally, HorseIceCream.com retains the right to dictate the form and substance of all editorial content appearing on the HorseIceCream.com Site.

HorseIceCream.com retains the exclusive right to determine the way in which any and all search results for specific information by keyword or topic are displayed on the HorseIceCream.com Site.

HorseIceCream.com reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove at any time any Advertising from the HorseIceCream.com Site for any reason and will provide prompt notice to the advertiser upon rejection, cancellation, or removal of any Advertising, together with an explanation following the rejection, cancellation, or removal. HorseIceCream.com also reserves the right to determine the appropriate placement of the Advertising on the HorseIceCream.com Site.

It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws, including applicable laws and regulations of regulatory bodies.. HorseIceCream.com will not monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If HorseIceCream.com becomes aware of any breach or potential breach of any applicable law or regulation or of these guidelines, HorseIceCream.com may remove the Advertising.

No Advertising shall be permitted which may injure the good name or reputation of HorseIceCream.com or the HorseIceCream.com Site.
